Return/Exchange Policy
Returns must be made within 10 days of the initial purchase to receive a full refund. After 10 days, a store credit will be issued. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returned shoes that show significant wear within this period will only qualify for store credit, not a full refund. Root Runners will use its discretion to evaluate wear and tear on returned items. All sale shoes are final. Mindful Matters membership rewards are earned on full-priced items only; markdown and sale items are not included.
